A Two Site Project.

Today finds me doubly excited!

Not only is today the day that this, my shiny new website and blog, goes live, (hoorah!), but it also is my first official day working on a two site project.

I have literally just set aside the plans for one of the local sites, that is soon to break ground and be developed, to write this little account as an introduction to it, and the sort of work I am going to be doing.

The first of the two sites is in Bournemouth, and is for 4, maybe 5 brand new dwellings, (we are still awaiting for planning news on the 5th, so fingers crossed). All the homes are designed by highly regarded, local firm Aspire Architects, and with building due to start on March 1st, there is lots to be done!

I am currently checking over the plans to make sure that there are no slight amendments to be made, and ensuring the registration for the Help to Buy scheme, that will be available to qualifying buyers, is set up and ready to go.

Once this is done, there will be site visits, estate agents & brochures to see and organise, as well as fittings and decor to choose, whilst keeping on time, within budget and the client updated as to how its all going. All this with the second site of three brand new homes breaking ground on May 1st – its definitely going to be busy!
